We hope you love every purchase you make with us, however if you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return your garment for a refund, exchange (where available) or store credit. 


  • Please fill out the return form sent with your original order and include it in your return shipment
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and must have not be worn, altered or washed
  • Customers are to cover the cost of the return postage (unless your items are deemed faulty by the EMILIE team)
  • Please ensure you post back your return with a traceable service as we are not responsible for any items lost in the mail
  • Australian customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return their order
  • International customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return their order
  • We do not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid should you wish to return an item. You may be able to contact your local customers office to obtain your tax refund
